Catalina Codreanu
Born in Romania in 1988, Catalina studied Painting at the National University of Arts Bucharest
and Accademia di Belle Arti di Roma. Her activity counts sales in auctions, solo and group exhibitions, publications in magazines, television and radio, art residencies, art camps, collaboration with the Salzburg Theater and other projects connected to the art world. Her works were exhibited in the national events White Night of the Galleries and Bucharest Art Gallery Weekend and sold in the Artmark auctions, Romania’s leading auction house.
Catalina’s work revolves around the concept of love. Whether motherly love, romantic love, or love for life, this feeling is at the core of people’s lives. Her works are a celebration of this magic power that projects us forward day after day.
